Given 2008-01-09

When noted by the suggestor to feature this artist, I must admit I was torn. I had already been debating between two terrific pieces from his gallery. But upon returning there, I was again struck by my response to this piece. ~ HIT THE WALL by *omey, speaks volumes. ~ Evocative and impactful (yes, pun intended), this classically abstract fractal, through asymmetry, color and lighting, is explosively emotional and conveys the frustration we all feel, when we hit a wall in our own lives. (Suggested by ~falka0 and Featured by `Sophquest)

This is different-looking, especially when compared to your usual smooth, flowing work. I like it. It's got a definite "wall" quality like you described in the title, and some very nice composition and coloring going on. I like how you've got the largest blocks off to the side, making a focal point from which the rest of the piece leads the eye.

i thought i would try somthing totaly different for me , i usualy stick to the flowing stuff as you say, but looks like this fract is getting just as much if not more attention :D
